We specialize in custom natural stone countertops, including granite, marble, and quartzite. Our process combines traditional craftsmanship with laser templating technology to ensure precise measurements and seamless installation. Clients can select from hundreds of slabs in our showroom, with options for sample take-home kits to coordinate with existing decor. Each countertop is fabricated in 5-10 working days, with quality checks at every stage.
Bathroom Installations
Our bathroom solutions include vanity tops, seamless shower walls, and carved stone floors. We use single-panel slabs for shower walls and large-format stones for floors to minimize grout lines and simplify cleaning. The process begins with a showroom consultation to select materials based on durability and aesthetic preferences, followed by precise templating and expert installation by our experienced team.
Fireplace Surrounds
We create custom fireplace surrounds using natural stone, including hearths, mantles, and decorative panels. Clients can choose from our inventory of marble, granite, or limestone slabs to match their home's style. Our team works with architects and designers to ensure structural integrity while achieving the desired visual impact, with fabrication completed in our workshop before on-site installation.

We redid our kitchen a few years ago at the same time as some friends. We had ordered a 10.5 long piece of granite countertop which we were told was available. The workers delivered and installed this in two sections with a seam. We contacted the owner. I was prepared for some evasive maneuvering and excuses. To my delight, there was a prompt apology and they came out and removed the already installed pieces and replaced it with one continuous counter.
I was frankly amazed at the integrity and responsiveness of this company. Our friends had ordered their countertops from LXXX's and had a very bad seam, and it was never resolved. Sadly, I have come to expect poor quality workmanship and spurious excuses from workers, and am heartened that people of Cogswell exhibit such forthright integrity.

I was looking for a small piece of stone and these folks were so accommodating and follow up was super great. Customer service you don't find very often any more. If you need stone fabrication, this is where you want to go. Thanks Mary!

I would give these guys a ten star rating if possible. I had a small job that involved making a opening in an island slightly bigger for a new cook top. One of the bigger companies came out, said it was a difficult job, and they wanted to take the entire island granite back to the shop (8'x4'). They also said it would probably break and why don't I just get $7000 worth of new counter tops.
I know BS when I hear it. I called Cogswell and with a small electric hand saw they did the job in 15 minutes at the house. Then the guy says I have to charge you for an hour - do you have anything else that needs done? He leveled another counter for us. $200, no BS.
