Bob Lucas, the founder of Suburban Remodeling, began building and remodeling homes in the greater Rochester, NY area in 1949. He formed the company Suburban Remodeling in 1972. From the very beginning, Bob adopted the motto, "Do the best you can to exceed every customer's expectations". To this day, this belief is carried out by Bob's two sons Dean and Rob, who now run the business.

Finally, the home you've been dreaming of will be the one you gather in with family and friends. To achieve an open floor concept we removed dividing walls to living, dining and family rooms. This allowed us to give the Shepherds their dream of holding family gatherings in their beautiful home. We transformed a traditional kitchen using custom cabinetry into an elegant showpiece including their mudroom, laundry room and powder room. By removing dividing walls, the Domrose' were able to achieve this beautiful craftsman kitchen with an open concept.

Install the rest of the bathroom fixtures from lightening and switches to faucets and door knobs. Complete the custom trim and woodwork for your new space. By changing the placement of all fixtures we were able to give the Verzulli's a spacious Master Bathroom with all the amenities. By using the Edgett's existing space, we changed locations of all fixtures achieving a large, luxurious Master Bathroom. No words can describe the changes to the Kaminski Master Bathroom into this glorious bathing suite.
