Sunday, January9th at 1:30AM a tornado blew the top out of a large pine tree and it feel on our flat roof over the MBR. Water was leaking from the MBR from light outlet and another hole in the sheetrock. I called USAA at 2:33AM and reported the damage. I received a call from the Roadrunner on call manger. They had a team out Sunday morning to remove the tree branch, carpet pad and carpet and cover the holes in the roof.
They have maintained contact with me and provided updates on my claim status. Today, Thursday, a team removed all the sheetrock and insolation from our MBR. They installed 4 fans with ducting to dry out the ceiling wood. They said they would need to run for 3 days. Edwin and his crew were very polite, professional and performed their duties in an efficient manner. I am extremely satisfied with Roadrunner Restorations.

Great company! Top Notch experience. Lorenso and Simon C. were extremely professional, friendly, and patient. I had a ton of questions and they took their time to ensure my concerns were answered before beginning their work and upon completion. I found them highly efficient and respectful of my property as they went about their work. I would highly recommend this company and specifically using Lorenso and Simon to anyone.
