Evergreen State Heat & AC installed our furnace with heat pump a few years ago under the PUD program. They have always been responsive to phone calls for service. Recently called for annual service checkup and the tech arrived right on time as promised. The tech was very knowledgeable of the system made sure it was ready to go for the summer.

Ok let me start by saying I really like this company! About 5 years ago after I had a hot summer pregnant I told my husband we had to get a heat pump and AC into the house! He was not excited about it cause he is always cold and I'm always hot but after talking he said ok! We got a couple quotes and this was middle price range but I really liked the company and they are a local small company so we decided to use them and I'm so so happy we did!
They did a great job and we get maintenance every year! Anytime I have a question or need anything they are there Today I called to ask two questions and the lady who answered the phone was amazing She put a smile on my face and she listened to me and we had a good laugh Thanks so so much for being a good company with good people :

Saw two of there employees be very compassionate to a homeless man. They seemed to be brothers, the workers. You can tell alot about people from what they do when "no one" is looking.

Evergreen State Heat & AC did an amazing job today. I highly recommend them. They installed new heat pump/AC. Thanks you for excellent removal of old system, install of new system, care of my home while here working, informative, courteous workers and thorough clean up after job was completed! Also a lesson on how to set thermostat! They helped me set it while they were here. I give them an excellent 5 Stars!

Rich Miller came to our home and replaced our 25 year old furnace, electronic air cleaner, and thermostat. He was on time, professional, cleaned up after himself, efficient and so friendly! Our house is comfortable and the furnace is so quiet! Highly recommend. Service: Heating system installation

They were great to work with at every step of the way! They worked with the HOA to get plans approved, were able to complete the install in one day, and didn't mind my dog running around trying to help. The system works great and they did a super good job making everything look neat! Services: Install AC, Ductless heating & A/C services, HVAC duct & vent installation
