For more than two decades, Eric Spurlock has been designing award-winning homes around the world. His career started at the University of New Mexico when he traded the study of medicine for his passion, architecture. Eric would go on to study Architecture and Structural Design, graduating in 1985. While completing his education, Eric began working for the late Steven Hacker, a highly influential builder in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area.

Head-of-household income falls in the range of $45,000 to $335,000 annually and the average combined household income is $155,000 annually. First, Eric will meet with the homeowner at the jobsite or at his office to discuss the project planning and the client intentions. If agreement is made and Eric's services are retained, the project design sketches will begin based on the initial discussion and wishes of the client.
