I normally don't leave reviews but I just had to for this plumber. I called for an estimate on a clogged toilet where water kept coming up. I was quoted $400 dollars for him to use a "snake" and when I was asking general questions trying to get a better understanding of why this plumber was charging the $400 rate to use a basic snake to unclog the toilet I was told "I think you are just playing games".
And was hung up on. This person was nothing less than very unprofessional. apparently asking general questions to this plumber is NOT ok and that you should just take his word and not have any questions in regards to his pricing.

I had a major issue in my Kitchen sink. Though Mesa plumbing couldn't help me because I'm in an apartment, the customer service rep was so nice and took her time to let me know of AZ laws for apartments. That kind of customer service you don't see anymore!

Had a few issues that needed a professional plumber's expertise, and Mesa Plumbing Company delivered! Three separate jobs were completed in less than an hour and Milo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in getting the job done. He explained the mechanisms to us and showed us a few other things as well! We are so pleased with Milo and his workmanship - we will be calling him again whenever we need plumbing expertise again! Excellent plumber. We were running out of hot water with our 2 water heaters. They came out and diagnosed the plumbing issues. After trying a quick fix to save us money, it turned out we did need a new water heater. We were happy with their expertise, honesty and a fair price. Service: Water heater installation

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality The most unprofessional plumbers I have ever seen. And I'm a retired plumber of over 40 yrs. they show up to a job, and not have the tools they need to do the job. They ask residents for tools, power. Trust me people, don't use them, unless you want a big mess! Service: Sewer repair
