I had a fantastic experience with this company! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. I ordered grey cabinets, and they arrived exactly as expectedbeautifully crafted and with great attention to detail. Wow, what a fine! Went here just to take a look at some vanities and found a great bathtub too. Prices for the vanity as well as the bathtub was amazing, beating the big box stores by a landslide. Customer service was amazing and very personal. They even helped us load everything in the truck. Definitely return to get the other items needed for the remodel.

We are very happy with our experience with HIW. Ivan and Victor were great to work with. We purchased a double vanity and two mirrors. When we came to pick up our purchase, they unboxed the vanity for us to inspect, retaped the box and loaded it into our truck. They even lent us a strap to insure the vanity wouldn't move. They also suggested how to take off the granite top and carry it so it wouldn't crack.

We had picked a tub and surround at Home Depot, but decided to check this store before purchasing it. They had the exact tub and surround we wanted from Home Depot, and it saved us about $340 buying from them. They have excellent customer service! The staff worked so hard to find us what we were looking for. They even opened the boxes to inspect the items before we purchased and helped us load everything.
