I have used this company's services for two repairs. The first was a leaky roof in our sunroom and they recently fixed our rotting soffits. When I got multiple quotes from several companies for the leak, Reliable was literally the only company that proposed an affordable fix for the leak instead of some super expensive alternative. One other company wanted to replace the whole roof. One wanted to replace the sky light, which may not have fixed the leak. Reliable fixed the leak over a year ago, and we have had a dry sunroom ever since.
The only downsides are that when you accept the job, you are added to their repair list and it will take several weeks for them to complete the job. If it's more of an emergency, they may treat it differently, but both of my repairs look a while to complete. As far as I know, they don't have any means to pay electronically, which is inconvenient. Nonetheless, they have done good work for us at a reasonable price. When the roof does actually need to be replaced, we will surely have them do it!

I had a 10 minute job to get a shingle out of a gutter on a two story house. The shingle was identified during the house inspection and had to be removed ASAP in order for my son to close on the sale of the house. I called a few companies and no one was willing to help.except Reliable. They came over, removed the shingle and did so at no cost. My kind of company! I will call them back if me or my family/friends need anything roofing.
