Bear sunrooms designed and built a room that didn't meet code. We are left with a room that they designed but needs to be dramatically altered to meet code. I wish I would have gone with another company. I have never posted but don't want this to happen to someone else.

Awesome service and sunroom addition. No sales pressure from Scott Bear and price was less than two other quotes we got for a similar room. Andy and his crew did a great job building the addition and cleaning up afterwards. Quality is excellent. Windows and patio door slide easy, seal tight, and there is no wind noise on blustery days. The roll up screens are an added plus. Insulation of floor, ceiling, frame, and insulated windows and door will be beneficial when cooler weather arrives. Sitting in our 14' x 15' room is like being outside and we can now see our entire backyard and watch the birds and wildlife, with no bugs bothering us.
