I was in a time-sensitive situation of needing a repair of my hot water tank in order to meet city codes. I made several calls to different plumbing companies and Michael called me back within 15mins of reaching out. I explained to him my situation, he asked for me to send him pictures and just from that, he knew immediately what needed to be done to bring the tank up to code. He was so nice and was able to fit me in within 2 days of my call.
He provided me with the application to submit to the building department and while I went to submit the application, he and his colleague were working on the repairs. He was done with the work within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend his services for sure.

I've used them several times and have always been pleased. This week I called about a boiler issue - from the time I left a message to the time the repair was done? Less than an hour. They called me back immediately, showed up shortly afterwards, identified the issue, made the repair and were out the door. AMAZING. I highly recommend their services.

Couldn't be happier with Michael and the service he provides! He's extremely thoughtful and gave me great advice on our bathroom renovation. We were out of a shower for weeks due to delays in inspections and he was kind enough to install a temporary shower for us. He even installed a different shower head so that the one we purchased wouldn't get scratched during construction. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great plumber!
