Originally called Swift Air to look at my stand alone ice maker. Technician arrived earlier than expected-which was great. He was very knowledgeable about my ice maker. While he was here we asked him to look at our upstairs a/c unit-had gone out the night before. Within an hour a crew arrived to replace our 25 year old a/c! Very polite. Valerie at the office is great.

When I called the company, the young lady who answered the phone. Valerie, was professional and efficient. She explained the maintenance plan, that would save me money over time. There's no one else I will ever call for my heating and air service needs. After returning home from a long day at work I discovered my air conditioner was not cooling. I thought it was a long shot since it was 6pm, but I decided to try and call a service company. Swift Air took the call and was at my house in less than 30 minutes. They was able to identify the problem and had me up and running that evening. It's really great to deal with a company that truly understands the concepts that go along with being a great service company! Thank you Swift Air!

The technician, Gabriel, was courteous and provided a comprehensive explanation of the maintenance he was performing. I shared some concerns I had and he assured me he would forward them to his superiors to try to address them. Overall, it was a positive experience.
