If you need a new water heater Chase at KC Water Heaters is the only call you need to make. He is very knowledgeable, professional, honest and meticulous. He will also save you a lot of money over some of the larger companies out there. For one thing, he won't try to sell you everything under the sun that you probably don't really need. I wish there was a company like KC Water Heaters for AC and all the other things that need service/repair/replacement in a home over time.

My old water heater broke and I called a few places to get estimates. Chase was by far the most informative and responsive. His estimate was also very competitive. He installed the new water heater today. He was prompt and his work was excellent. He even made a few improvements over the original installation. He left the area clean after finishing the job. The final price was a bit less than his original estimate. Great work at a great price from a kind and caring professional! Thanks Chase!

I did a lot of research and got quotes from 8 major companies for a replacement water heater and then came across KC Water Heater. I don't usually look for smaller companies on a big job, but when I looked at his reviews and saw that all of them were five star I had to give him a shot. He won out over all the others. He spent time going over options very thoroughly with me over the phone (even after hours ). what should have been an easy install was a little bit more difficult because of location of heater and codes, and he was the one trying the hardest to come up with a solution I'd be happy with.
He showed up on time, was very personable, extremely efficient and informative, and left a very clean work site behind. he installed the exact same product I was quoted by all the other companies without a ridiculous markup, and I don't regret my choice and will be using him again when this water heater expires, those five stars are well earned! I even had a plumber in my home the same day of installation for a different issue who asked to see the heater install after Chase left and he had nothing but good things to say about the clean install and he is a local competitor!

I can't really say enough about how great Chase did installing a new water heater in our home during a challenging week of weather. By far the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. If you are looking to replace a water heater, this is the guy. I called around and got several quotes. KC Water Heater beat the prices by a hundreds. Chase is the owner/operator of a one man business that gets it done right. The previous plumbing company didn't install my water heaters correctly and they were back drafting, ultimately causing one to fail. Chase took the time to work with me to find the right solution that would eliminate back drafting and keep my family safe.
Once we decided on a solution Chase had it installed within two days. He has great prices and service because he specializes in water heaters. He takes pride in his work and does it right. The pipes look like artwork. All the angles are perfect and he connected directly to the water heater with rigid pipe and not flexible lines. Most important of all. The family had hot water and my wife was happy.

I explored several options for water heater installation, and KC Water Heaters gave me the most reasonable quote by far. Chase responded to my emails very quickly and was easily available for installation within a few days of my inquiry. Not only did Chase give me an honest evaluation of my best option, he went above and beyond by ensuring I knew how to use my water shutoff valve if necessary and offering to send me information for a necessary tool.
He ended up installing an easily accessible valve for me since mine is apparently difficult to get to. He finished the hot water heater installation within two hours and it looks great! Instead of recommending more expensive repairs or replacements to the system, he patched up a few areas completely free of charge. He finally made sure that I understood the important details of the heater. Chase is an honest worker who does an outstanding job! He told me this is his only focus, so he definitely knows his stuff. I would highly recommend!

We were blown away by the fantastic service Chase provided when we had a water heater fail and needed a replacement fast. He was extremely professional, thorough and was the most competent service professional we've ever encountered. His work is meticulous and he paid extra special attention to making certain that he protects your property as he lugs these heavy tanks in and out. He is a class act and we can't say enough good things about him. He's so good we wish he could help us with other projects but hot water heaters are his one and only focus. There aren't enough positive things to say about Chase and his company. We had an emergency and he was so quick to respond. Gave us all the pros and cons of more expensive vs affordable. Didn't try and upsell at all. We went with the cheapest option because it met our needs as discussed with him. Really great experience.

Look no further - Chase is as good as it gets. He quoted me a price before work began, but due to a variety of factors out of Chase's control, my install ended up requiring way more time and effort than he allotted. I was expecting a large bill at the end and he only ended up charging me a nominal fee above the original price. Chase is a class act, and I wish there were more tradesmen like him.

He does an exceptional job and puts 100% of his efforts into the job he is committed to completing. He replaced my hot water heater and in addition, he also voluntarily replaced previously poorly installed parts that were not part of this job.

Wow we were super impressed with Chase and his company! Our water heater went on on a Saturday and based on all the 5 star reviews, KCWH was the only place we called. Chase even offered to come out THAT DAY to replace it but we told him Monday was fine. He was able to get to us 2 hours earlier than planned which was awesome! Can't recommend him enough! I talked to Chase on the phone for 5 minutes and I knew that I had found someone who was a Pro at installing water heaters. Safety is paramount when installing and operating a gas fired water heater, mainly due to possible exposure to Carbon Monoxide. Chase replaced my 18 year old water heater with the best water heater for my house/situation. He evaluated all the piping and surrounding components including the most critical piece, a pressure regulator on the water line which had to be replaced. Five stars are not enough to rate Chase's knowledge and expertise. He is the best in the business, bar none!!

Such a great job; I researched water heaters and he had the Bradford White brand I was looking for. Also my gas lines were sticking way out in the small room were I also store things. Chase rerouted them and got them out of the way for me. I am so happy, Chase did a super job. He is the guy for water heaters.

Hot water heater died this morning and saw all the great reviews for this company. Called them up and the owner, Chase, was here in 2 hours to install a new water heater and even fixed some things that were done incorrectly from the previous owner/servicemen. Chase was VERY knowledgeable and showed me everything I needed to know about my new water heater. He was also the nicest serviceman I have ever dealt with. He will always have my business ,as well, I will be referring anyone to him and his company, no doubt!

I never write reviews, but the service we just received warranted a glowing review! It's never fun to have unexpected home repairs, but KC Water Heaters lessened the frustration. Chase was knowledgeable, patient and didn't cut any corners on a complicated water heater installation. You can tell he is a genuinely honest and nice guy. Trust me, you can stop shopping around for a plumber, because you won't find better. KC Water Heaters, not only provided excellent service but is very reasonably priced!!

Chase was awesome! After getting the run-around from my home warranty company, they finally said to call someone and they'll reimburse me for it. Chase was the first person I called and he was able to come out to my house the same day. He was willing to talk to my home warranty company before getting started to help me get reimbursed for the service. The installation was very well done, and afterwards he walked me through the equipment to go over service intervals and things to look out for to keep everything running smoothly. The visit kept him busy past 5pm which I felt bad for, but he didn't rush around and try to hurry out. I can't thank Chase enough.

Chase is the owner/operator of this company and is heads and shoulders above his competition in the area. His pricing is very competitive and actually puts some of the bigger names(looking at you Bob Hamilton, tsk, tsk) to shame. Chase showed up exactly when he said he would and had the work done in a timely manner. He was more than willing to explain every detail and to give some amazing advice for the future. My husband talked to Chase on the phone for awhile when he was calling around to find someone to replace our very old water heater. Chase spent a good amount of time on the phone with my husband, explaining things to him and helping decide what all we would need to have done. Because Chase was so friendly, knowledgable and helpful, we decided to hire him for the job. There were some extra things he ended up having to do, and he did an excellent job.
He even noticed our furnace was not vented properly (we had just bought the house and moved in, so thankfully had not used it yet!) and could have potentially been a very dangerous outcome for our family, so he fixed that for us as well. We highly recommend KC Water Heater!
