Contracted for concrete patio demolition one week and re-pour the following week. Dealt with Garrett for estimates, quote and project updates. Prices were higher than expected, but quotes for similar companies were in the same range. The company was professional in project execution in all aspects. Crews arrived on scheduled times, they were efficient in their work, and work was completed within projected timelines.
Professional communications back and forth throughout, and timely responses to my questions were delivered. Patio looks very good, clean up was completed, and final pricing adhered to the quoted price. Can easily recommend Flat and Fancy based on this experience.

BUYER BEWARE. This was a totally incompetent company. they walked in the wet concrete and left foot prints and did not smooth it out. So we have foot prints permanently in the finish. They tried to fix it after the fact and made a bigger mess making it dangerous to walk on. Portions of the outside concrete froze and they refused to fix or compensated for the lose of integrity of the concrete. They are a very difficult company to work with and do not follow the sealant companies recommended use and it is so slick again a huge liability and danger. I do not trust this company. They also charged my card a month prior to the job being complete. They do not follow their own contract. I would never recommend them!

I wish I had taken a better "before" picture, but you can see our patio was a sad drab little thing. We went with Flat & Fancy for a patio upgrade! Not only is the concrete work beautiful and exceeding our expectations, but Garrett was a delight to work with. From the quote process to the clean-up process, the customer service was first-rate. Garrett is knowledgeable and helpful, the crew was timely and professional (and did such a kick-butt job all in one day, even through oppressive heat.) Very grateful for this company and will 100% use again for future projects.

I had Flat & Fancy do a stamped concrete patio about 7-8 years ago, and it was definitely time to put on a fresh coat of sealer. The owner, Garrett, came out and gave me an estimate with options such as how I can save money. I thought that was two thumbs up. The sealer work done on 07/28/2020. Wow! The crew did a fantastic job. The crew's attention to detail was pleasure to see! And the crew were very professional, courteous, and friendly.
The stamped concrete patio that looked dull looks Brand New. Very Happy with Flat & Fancy's commitment to providing customer service. I have more concrete work that needs to be done in the near future, and I will definitely be calling on them AGAIN. Lisa M - Highly Satisfied Customer.

Garrett and his team are fantastic. We had a large patio poured in our backyard. To start Garrett was very professional in his initial visit. He worked with on timelines etc. His crew was also spectacular. Everyone was very nice and you could tell they genuinely cared about their quality of work. I have 2 kids that were very interested in the power equipment etc being used and they were great with them as well.
Even going so far as to help them put their handprints in the concrete. If you got a bid from a different company that is cheaper. (Like I did) I would still say reach out to Flat and Fancy, you really do get what you pay for sometimes. So happy we didn't go with the company that was dirt cheap with questionable reviews. Again, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you!

I couldn't be happier with the work Flat and Fancy did for us and wish we could experience such great customer service from all the companies we are utilizing during our remodel. Garrett is very personable, professional, and such a pleasure to talk to. He provided many options to choose from for our driveway project, explaining each option and color choice so that we knew exactly what we wanted!

My mom is elderly and has an older home. I called around to numerous concrete companies before we settled on Flat & Fancy. Garrett and his team were very professional, helpful, friendly, and fair on pricing. I am so glad I researched the different companies around town before settling on this one. It wasn't a super fancy or big patio that needed to be poured, but it came out looking amazing. Thank you Flat & Fancy!

Garrett was the first person we met when we asked for a quote. He's honest, straightforward, and you can tell he really cares about his company. Colette was great in managing our changing schedule. The job went as smoothly as it possibly could. Whenever you do demo work you run into surprises. In our case, it was extra tough concrete that took longer than estimated to remove. The cement truck ran late (out of F&F's control), so that added to the time the job took as well.
But it was done in two days. Our new front walk way and porch, the garage entry apron, and the refinished and glazed back patio all look terrific. The crew managed by Izaak and James was friendly, competent, and easy to work with. They even showed up the next day to lay down protective pads over the new concrete because snow was forecast. I highly recommend them.

I am totally impressed not only with the quality of work but also with the employees of Flat and Fancy Concrete. Working with Garret the owner has been as smooth and well-thought out as possible. My concrete steps are perfect. Workers even smoothed out the back side that no one will ever see! They even used a small tamping device to make sure my puppy's paw prints were perfect. He has very hard workers who are very skilled and efficient.
They left my yard in excellent shape too. Everyone was very respectful. And the estimate was honored even though the railing cost the company more than expected. I will recommend this company to everyone I know!

Wow! When Flat & Fancy was asked to exercise their artistic skill they knocked it out of the park. The old orthogonal (90 degree structure) was transformed into a driveway with flair complemented with a serpentine walkway all enhanced with a 3D effect. using a dark gray border. Stunning!

Thanks for the fine job you and your crew did replacing my garage apron and surrounding sidewalk. This was the second job you've done for us and like the first, crews were efficient, polite, and a pleasure to be around. Please feel free to use me as a reference. I'll be happy to sing your praises.

You and your staff did such a nice job on my patio. I am really enjoying it. Often times construction projects are so stressful, but this on was one of the more enjoyable processes for me. You've been timely, courteous, and professional. That's not the norm in construction so I appreciate you work even more. Thanks for a job really well done!

Dear Ray, My wife and I would like to thank for the outstanding work you have done both on the patio for our hot tub and the sidewalk. The professional workmanship is very obvious. The color, texture, and stain look real and feel very good to walk on. We've already had one comment about from a friend whose concrete work was no where near to yours. Thank you so much for your work. We wish you continued success in the future.
Jim
To Everyone Involved, We want to thank Ray for working with us & listening to what we wanted. It is a pleasure to have exactly what we had visioned! We know Ray couldn't have done it himself so thanks to all the hard worker that made it work! We LOVE our patio! Thanks.
Pamela
Dear Ray, Thank you and your crew for doing such a great job on our little patio & for putting the remainder of cement in the little pond. We certainly will keep you in mind for any other concrete work we might need. Will tell all our friends about you too.
