Absolutely the worst service and customer service we have ever dealt with. Called numerous times, spoke with them about receiving a quote, sent all the requested information, followed up via e-mail numerous times and was told that "I fell through the cracks". When we disclosed our discontentment on this response, their response was even worse. Would give this company 0 stars if I could. How do you conduct a business by not quoting or returning people's phone calls and e-mails? Highly recommend to look elsewhere.

Went to the showroom. The folks there were great. Still waiting for "the estimator" to acknowledge my request to have a high end shower door installed. I realize that companies are busy and booked up; However, if you don't need my business please say so and I will move on.

I recently worked with Joe at Falmouth Glass to come and measure my custom shower project. Joe was extremely responsive, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and professional. He drove a long distance and was very willing to accommodate my schedule. All things considered, THE best contractor I have ever worked with. I would definitely recommend.

The best customer service ever! The Cape was having a heat wave and I needed a plexi glass window cut for my portable air conditioner. I had relatives coming over for the 4th of July, and the guest room was like an oven. Brian overheard my dilemma and stepped in and said he would personally cut the plexi glass for me. It was ready in about 1 hour. They have my business for life and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality work, and more important great customer service! D.G. Lawrence Mashpee, MA
