It's summer and it's a Saturday night on Cape Cod. Imagine a septic backup into a finished basement. nightmare. I had seen trucks from Whalen Restoration on my way to work while driving on Rt 6 and thought "if I ever a problem, at least I know a company to call". Well, now I had a problem and I am so glad I called. Bill's crew responded in less than an hour and removed the damaged carpeting and baseboards, cleaned the mess, and explained what they were doing as they went along.
Bill worked with me and my insurance company restoring the basement to be ready for this summer's onslaught of company. Great job all around for the emergency clean-up and restoration. Would definitely recommend and call again (but hope I never have to).

It is my pleasure to strongly recommend Craig Caldwell and team from Whalen Restoration Services. It's not every day you need to call a remediation firm, never mind for a second home with a flooded basement. I called a lot of companies that Saturday and Craig's team were seasoned professionals who explained the process in detail. His team came right out and did exactly what they said they would do.
The job was done to perfection even when I couldn't be onsite. I work in the insurance industry and they have my approval. I strongly recommend Whalen Restoration Services if you ever have fire or water damage!

Whalen Restoration was absolutely unbelievably amazing to work with on an insurance claim gut renovation of our master bathroom involving removing every single part of the floor, ceiling below, shower and plumbing. Not only were they incredibly professional and wonderful to deal with, the level of workmanship in all phases of reconstruction was perfect. They handled all phases of the project from moisture remediation to completion. Communication was excellent, work was top notch, the people throughout process were professional. It is very unusual to be fully impressed these days. Thank you Bill Whalen!

These guys were nothing short of amazing! We have a wonderful summer home in Chatham. Recently we discovered that there was a leak in the air handler in the attic that caused significant water damage. We contacted Whalen Restoration and they showed up the next day and took care of the entire problem and it came out great. They came in significantly under their quote.which we would have certainly paid.
We live in NH so there is always some concern when taking care of this stuff from afar. nope not in this case. The addressed the water damage. mitigated it.and did repairs. I did not need to hound them or question them. They just did it. Thanks a million
