Critical: Professionalism, Quality Gave my service to another local pool place. People were rude and unwilling to help.i see in previous reviews the owner tries to defend himself, but it doesn't matter how HE feels about his service, it's how his CUSTOMERS feel. And he lost at least 10 existing customers because of his treatment to us.

My family has been a customer with Laubscher Pools for the last 17 years, and we have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Chip, his wife, and family have always been very kind, very helpful, and have gone above and beyond to help us with a variety of pool needs. They are hard-working individuals who understand the value of a dollar, and compared to other pool stores we have visited, Laubscher Pool's will go out of their way to help find their customers what they need at a reasonable price, when possible.
They also don't oversell items to their customers that they won't need (which my family has experienced at other pool stores). We have recommended Laubscher Pool's to several people based on their excellent service, and we will continue to do so in the future!

I have been using Laubscher pools for several years to open and close my pool. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the whole crew. This year when they opened my pool, I forgot to put all of my items at pool side for them, as I had my days mixed up. I had a neighbor walk over and give them my cell phone number. Michelle called me right away and I gave her my garage security code and told her where to find my shed key.
She and Todd opened my shed and got everything out that they needed to open my pool. I am sure they had to move items to get my pool dive, ladder and handrail out. They both deserve a tip, and will get one for everything they did for me this year. Chip and Jeannine always take care of my water testing and telling me what I need to do to keep my pool clean and clear. I have spent many hours in the store visiting with them and I have never heard them be rude to anyone.
I don't know where the comments about rudeness come from. I guess if you are looking for everything for nothing you will get rudeness from no matter who you are dealing with Thank you Chip, Jeannine, Michelle and Todd for always meeting my needs and going above and beyond to do so.
