It has been 2 years since I wrote my first wrote my first review, and in this year December 2020, on the coldest day of the year, so far, our heating system broke down. Thank goodness for Doug, Darlene, and especially Gary Headrick. They stayed on the the supplier to get the part to them, within 48 hours, and Gary made sure the heat was working and the house was warm. In the last 2 years, we have had True Temp do air conditioner maintenance, and a couple of other repairs. The service has always been great, and I have come to depend on their professionalism, and their considerate attitude toward their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I would not recommend using their business. They take shortcuts and poor quality work. They sent workers that weren't qualified and never sent anyone qualified to check the work. They incorrectly installed the mechanics of the flex pipes causing multiple issues. They wouldn't call back or fix the problems they caused. They are overpriced for poor quality work. It took another company and more money to fix the problems they caused.
