Jay is incredible! Prior to my home inspection, I received emails with directions and information that were direct and informative, and all of my questions were responded to in a particularly quick manner. When I arrived for the inspection, Jay explained everything that was going to happen in a way that was easy to understand (first time home buyer here), and he was just so kind and friendly. I was definitely apprehensive, but I felt at ease within moments of meeting him.

After the inspection was conducted, he explained the results to me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I don't think any review can give justice to how exceptional Jay is. Truly, no stone was left unturned, and the inspection report was a level of thorough that I didn't know existed. Additionally, my questions were answered so rapidly. Jay is a true professional, and I am so glad he conducted the inspection for my first home. Furthermore, everything about the way Jay and Up Close Home Inspection conducts business is A+++++!
