Kale Co installed a Mitsubishi mini split at our residence last week. Just wanted to give a shout out to Kevin, Ryan and Travis, the installation team. They did an excellent job! We are extremely pleased with the unit and its performance during the recent heat wave. The install guys were courteous, knowledgeable, on time and very capable. They answered all of our questions. We really appreciate their hard work. Thanks to Kevin for the extra visit to answer our questions about the remote control. We are very pleased. James C

I had an HVAC company disconnect vents from a cement floor to ceiling walls, needless to say they did a horrible job. No air flow pressure and some ducts were tapped into a return and not supply. I had several HVAC companies come out to provide some analysis and provide estimates, none of which as accurate in their assessments and were overpriced. The team from Kale, Kevin came in and accurately assessed the issues and provided several solutions.
He quickly brought in the experts Shane and Trevor to do duct work and enhance air flow with no damage to walls (extra cost). These guys were professional, took the time to explain their process, and clean. These are my HVAC go to guys and I will never use another company. They also fixed my Reme Halo air purifier which the previous installers installed incorrectly. Can't say enough about these A+ guys! Extremely happy with the results and that is rare for me. They will get all the calls to future projects.

I woke up Cold Sunday Morning. I was smelling a electrical burning smell. I pinpointed to the Furnace. I just started my VIP Service on having my Town Home being checked twice a hear. I check on my furnace was last checked. It was 12-17. So I called Kale. I was lucking. Joe H was in the area finishing up a call. He was over in about 15 min. He check things out. darn Blower. He shut my system down. Joe H called the next day, Sunday.
He provided me my options and cost to have it done on Sunday or Monday. I chose Monday. Cody, from Kale, came with a new blower. Cody was professional and he did a good job. I am now backup with heat this cold 2022 new year. Thanks, Kale.

Very impressed with Ryan and Travis, the installers. They did a wonderful job! From the time they got into our home, to the time they were finished. Kevin the salesman, came over to give us a bid, he was very professional and courteous! I will recommend Kale to our family and friends! They are truly a top notch "family owned" company! You can tell they really do care about the customer! Great Job Kale!
