Omar was on time and very courteous to answer any questions we had. He explained everything he was doing to my husband. He took his time and was very helpful in explaining that we needed to change the batteries in our thermostat once a year and the need to put a little bleach in our air conditioning pipe at the end of the season to keep it cleaned out so as not to clog and cause a problem. We would definitely use him again he was very good.

Westland Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing is a great company. When I called for service, I was greeted by a professional who got me scheduled for service quickly. I was told upfront what the service charge would cost. I was sent a text message with a picture and bio of the technician (Bill) who was coming to my house! When Bill was on his way, which was about an hour after my initial call, I received another text telling me he was on his way, along with a map of where he was and how long it would be until he arrived.
Bill identified the issue with my HVAC unit in short order and made the necessary repair, which turned out to be a broken wire. He then did the routine service check. He completed all the work in a little over 1 hour. The whole encounter with this company was very positive and I will be using them in future when I need my furnace or air conditioning serviced. I would highly recommend!

Very happy with Westland and everyone who I've come into contact with there. Day of installation, Dean and Michael were on time, efficient and friendly. I appreciated they put down runners so as to not damage or dirty our floors and carpet. Instructions for our new tankless water heater were thorough and explained simply. It was obvious they were knowledgeable and confident in their work. When they left I wouldn't have known they were there, they cleaned up so well. I wish every install of everything was done this well! Thank you, Dean and Michael!

My husband and I are very pleased with Westland and their service. We ran into many large HVAC issues when recently buying our home, and Jeff was very thorough in his assessment of the issues. Paul and Beau did a fantastic job! The utility room where our furnace is located looks very organized now. They were very professional in the 4 days they spent working on our home flipping the furnace, adding ductwork through the attic and registers in the ceiling, installing the proper size b vent in the attic, and installing a dryer vent. They were even sweet to our dogs and brought them treats. I definitely recommend using Westland!

Was made aware, in the early morning hours, by our water sensor, that our hot water tank was leaking! We knew a new water heater was needed and immediately called Westland (whom we also use for HVAC service). Brian arrived and took care of the job efficiently, professionally and provided same-day installation. He was assisted by Ryan who was learning the trade. We would definitely request Brian for all future plumbing jobs. You could tell he likes his job and he went above and beyond for us! Thanks Brian and Ryan!
