Our sales and rental facility is, and has been since 1977, located in Auburn, Indiana. We have been in continuous operation, with the Smaltz family (Michael & Mary Smaltz) at the helm that entire time. In 1977, our company founder, Captain N. Michael Smaltz USNR (1942-2002), retired from active duty with the United States Navy.

We service all of Northeastern Indiana with portable restrooms service. Providing long-term construction units, special event units, handicap accessible units, hand washing stations, and our NEW 3-stall portable restroom trailer which includes running water and air conditioning. Long-term construction units are a 3 month minimum with service on a weekly basis. Special Event units stay cleaned and maintained so they are perfect for your event.
