Our gas fireplace flame was intermittently shutting off on its own. Travis inspected, serviced and cleaned it and it is working great again now. He was very personable, informative, professional and knowledgable. He explained everything as he was doing it. He warned that there may be a faulty part causing the problem but we wanted to wait and not replace it to see if the servicing cleared up the issue, which was the case. Kudos to his esthetics as well. He made the fireplace look so beautiful. He even acknowledged our dogs, which they loved. Thank you. We will definitely call on CinderBox Chimney Services in the future.
