Services
Termite Inspection
Our termite inspections identify infestations and potential risks in residential and commercial properties. Using advanced detection methods, we assess structural vulnerabilities and provide targeted treatments including soil barriers and post-construction protection. With borates applications for new builds and guaranteed remediation services, we ensure long-term termite prevention while maintaining environmentally responsible practices.
Rodent Control
Professional rodent control services address infestations through strategic baiting systems and exclusion techniques. We implement tamper-proof solutions for safe elimination while preventing future entry points. Our approach combines immediate pest removal with preventative measures, ensuring properties remain rodent-free through comprehensive inspections and ongoing maintenance programs tailored to each client's specific needs.
Borates Treatments
Borates treatments create lasting protection for new construction against termites and wood-destroying organisms. This low-toxicity solution forms an impermeable barrier within structural components, preventing infestations without environmental harm. Our certified technicians apply borates during pre-construction phases, offering a 3-year warranty on treatments that safeguard buildings against future pest damage while meeting modern safety standards.
Scorpion Control
Specialized scorpion control targets habitats and entry points in Northern Arizona's unique ecosystem. We employ perimeter treatments and habitat modification to reduce infestation risks, focusing on areas like loose bark, stone piles, and foundation cracks. Our technicians use proven chemical applications and preventative strategies to minimize scorpion presence while addressing client concerns about venomous species in residential and commercial environments.
Tree Services
Tree pest management protects against bark beetles, tip moths, and web worms through targeted spraying and micro-injection techniques. Our treatments preserve tree health while eliminating destructive pests, using environmentally conscious chemicals that maintain ecological balance. For difficult access areas, we employ micro-injections directly into tree trunks, ensuring effective pest control without overspray or collateral damage to surrounding vegetation.

Super friendly. They came out when I requested and streamed the house and yard. Couldn't have dealt with a better group of people. Paid my bill and chatted with one of the ladies in the office that remembered Cottonwood from 35 years ago. Great experience. Definitely will be using their services when needed.
