Sam was very professional, but still very human. He thoroughly checked my problem at length. He then took time to explain what was wrong. He showed me the options, and cost to fix my problems. After we agreed on the best solution, he went straight to work. When he finished the job, he showed me the repairs and explained them. He represented the company in a positive way. I would highly recommend him, and Steve Huff Plumbing and air.

They helped me out when i didnt know what i was going to do. I couldnt afford a new water heater so they decided to donated one and got a friend Jeff to donate electrical services to set it up. Cherie certainly made me smile! Brad was on time did a quick estimate and explained thoroughly what was going on. Took a couple of hours, my daughter and her 5 kiddos are very happy to have water! Honestly the workmanship was great but the price was steep even with a senior discount

Was very satisfied with how they responded to my emergency within hours and quickly completed the job. What I cannot understand is the cost for a 2 hour job. Part is approx $200 retail. $350/ hour labor is crazy! My emergency meant I had to get it done right then. Look at other quotes for other companies. They even gave a quote of approx $1600 for a 50 gallon water heater installed. Makes no sense.
