We have learned from experience : Man made or Nature made counter top material needs expert care and knowledge to produce beautiful counter tops SO we use The Stone Shop. We have also learned that "service after the sale" is everything So we use the Stone Shop. Chad and the team @ The Stone Shop are second to none! We built our home almost 5 years ago and used them for all of our countertops. The marble island top in our kitchen started warping. Chad didn't hesitate to say he'd replace our top with anything I chose from his shop. I can't tell you how top notch the customer service and satisfaction is with this company! We would definitely recommend The Stone Shop. This is our 2nd time using them for countertops. First was a remodel and now a new house build. From being greeted when you walk in the door with friendly service, to design people helping through your choices, to the installer who was nice and a hard worker, everyone has been easy and great to work with. Customer service is important to us and they definitely have that down. Always a prompt response and willingness to help. Not to mention a nice showroom and warehouse where you can see the product and get the best value for your budget.

I have been working with the stone shop for at least 7 years (kitchen remodel, bathroom remodels). From the designer's to the installers everyone has been great to work with, they do a great job of listening to my needs and recommending solutions. Recently my basement flooded and we installed tile floors. Wes installed our floors, we've received many compliments on his work. We have worked with many companies over the years and they're top notch. I can't say enough good things about The Stone Shop!
