The most BIZARRE customer service experience I've ever had! While I understand that some companies do not provide detailed itemized estimates of work for competitive reasons, I tried (and wasn't successful) to request an itemized list of components to be included in a bath remodel. I got way more than I bargained for, including the complete cancellation of my project. If you are considering working with this group, I recommend taking it very slow and to ask questions, but not too many, or your project could get canceled.

Awesome company that's very efficient and attentive to detail. They use the very best materials that will suit the needs of the customer. I used them to repair my Sheetrock near my shower and to install a new shower stall for me. They are awesome and the people who work for them are awesome too! In 2019 we wanted have our bathrooms and kitchen renovated. The Design Gallery impressed us because they could do it all- flooring, lighting, cabinets, painting, plumbing. When we left their showroom, we had selected everything, everything needed to do the entire job. What also impressed us is that Kristy seemed to anticipate our tastes. Most of her suggestions were spot on. What impressed us even more was the team who installed everything. Todd and Bryan and the others were the epitome of professional craftsmen.
Their attention to detail was amazing. I have multiple examples. From checking if the clear coat on the kitchen cabinet doors affected the color match with the cabinets. It did, so they put clear coat on all the cabinets. They also did all they could to make sure our daily lives were minimally affected by their presence. We had our kitchen and two bathrooms done at the end of 2019. We had them come back this year to do the master bath, vanity and walk-in closet. We heartily recommend The Design Gallery to anyone and plan to use their services again in the future.

High marks for The Design Gallery! We are very impressed with this team of professionals. We are thrilled with the kitchenette they designed and installed in our home. The design was perfect. The materials are top quality. Their team of plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers, countertop makers, and painters were all exceptionally good at their craft. All were scheduled and sequenced perfectly. We are very happy with the results. Well done Design Gallery!

Finally finished with our custom bathroom renovation. Took a little longer than expected, but the results are stunning. Love the colors and the results. Exactly what I wanted. We have a new shower, new vanity top and sinks, new fixtures, lights, new flooring. We did the painting of the room. The panels for the shower, tub surround, and vanity are all custom and look great. Love the new bathroom.

I contacted DG after doing some research via Angie's List and BBB. They got great reviews from both so I thought I'd get an estimate from them. Mr. Bump gave me a very competitive estimate and assured me he could complete the job within my timeline. We built a two car shop (886 sq ft) with walk-in overhead storage (10' ceilings below, stairs and 8' ceilings above). This included some tree removal, landscaping, foundation to roof peak completely finished exterior (dry shell).
He was able to make positive, constructive suggestions (design improvements) and work within my needs in a cooperative, productive and professional manner. He was able to obtain permits and keep local plans and zoning happy with the overall project. I can't thank DG enough and will use them in the future when I need any construction projects completed and on time!
