Jeff came to check out our motor when a piece broke off. After finding how old it really was we decided to just replace it. Not only did he show us different option to fit our needs but also went above and beyond to do a little maintenance to the track and hinges. Even loosened the spring to make it easier to manually open and let us use a rope until the new one was installed. 2 weeks later Jake came by with the new Lift Master. Very nice! So quiet! Jake worked quickly and we could not be happier with the new opener! Knowledgeable and helpful! Prices were cheaper than competition. Honest and fair. Highly recommend!

Our whole experience from beginning to end has actually been a joy! How often can you say that? We needed a new garage door and needed one before June. All the other companies said it was impossible. This company said let's see what we can do. Their customer service has been amazing! From Monica who scheduled us, to Jeff who came out to the house to do our free estimate to Nathan C. who did such a professional and excellent job with the installation of the new door. Thank you to everyone for making this happen for us and for a job well done!

Nathan (the tech), was quite prompt as he arrived at the start of the given time frame. He was extremely polite and courteous. Before I knew it I heard my garage door open and close as he was making the last adjustments on the door. The cost was well to my liking and blew the competition out of the water. Nathan also discussed an remote door opener, but only after I had asked him. My experience was outstanding and I highly recommend them.

Automatic Garage Door saved us not once, but twice. Both times our garage door was stuck and we were unable to open it. The first time it was a matter of a short in the switch. While repairing it the technician advised us that the springs were very worn and might break. And, two weeks later, one broke. It was bitter cold, around 8-9 degrees and a Saturday. We called and a couple hours later we had two new springs and a working door. The tech was polite, knowledgeable, and worked very quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
