I highly recommend Yardman's Home Services! The process went smoothly from start to finish. Jim came to my home to review the project area and provided me with a quote within a day or two. After receiving multiple quotes from other contractors, we decided to go with Yardman's. While Yardman was NOT the lowest quote we received, he made me feel the most comfortable and at ease on the job. He delivers high quality work that the other guys didn't.
I do not regret my decision by not going with the "cheaper guy".I am a firm believer of "you get what you pay for". Jim's crew showed up first thing on a Monday and by Thursday at noon, my deck was ready to be enjoyed! I couldn't believe how fast the deck went up! 5/5 for Yardman's from one happy new deck owner!

I requested a quote from Jim, the owner of Yardman's Home Services, for a tear down and rebuild of my deck. After we established the color I wanted, Jim showed me samples of the products he would use. He gave me information and advice I hadn't received from other deck companies that had also provided me with estimates. Jim gave me a very competitive price and advised he could start his crew on the deck in 4 to 6 weeks.
After about three weeks, Jim called to say he would be able to start the deck sooner. Within four days his very professional and extremely courteous crew, tore out the old deck and constructed the new one. I am delighted with the workmanship and precision of the job, and couldn't be happier with my new deck. I would recommend Yardman's for anyone considering a new deck. Jim was thorough in his explanation of the materials and the process and the end result has exceeded my expectations.

Yardmans was contracted for a deck replacement project at our home. The two-person crew (Jaime and an assistant) were personable, kept us informed of each step in the process, and advised us of deficiencies in the existing deck during the demolition process. The project was completed quickly and workmanship was very good. We are pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Yardmans for anyone considering a new deck or other home improvement.

This is the best contractor my wife and I have ever worked with from design through completion of the build. We could not be happier with the final product. The workmanship was excellent and the crew was very courteous. The deck build began 60 days earlier than estimated and was completed within one week during inclement weather. Anyone should strongly consider working with Yardman's for home improvement projects.

Jim and his crew built us a beautiful deck! Jim pulled all of the necessary permits and followed all codes on our deck; no shoddy work or cut corners, just a quality job. The building department issued the permit on the spot due to his reputation and passed all inspections upon completion. His crew was great to work with as well. Very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, showed up every day, and kept a clean work site until the job was complete. I would strongly recommend due to his nice design and quality craftsmanship.

These guys are the best! We had a couple of crews working on a large deck project for the better part of 2 weeks. The quality of the work is impeccable, the people that Jim sent were all extremely kind, polite and professional. I can't say enough good things about the entire process. Jim came out to our house, listened to what we wanted to do and spend, and gave us a whole breakdown of what he could do for us.
We made modifications along the way while they were building and the whole crew was extremely flexible and made every adjustment we asked for. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out, if you are considering having any work done on your home you can be confident that Jim and his people will provide you with competitive, reasonable pricing as well as top notch worksmanship. On top of that, they will communicate with you the entire time and make sure you are happy with how things are progressing. Excellent people make an excellent company!
