Thought we had everything set, went to the showroom and the product didn't come the way it was explained. Chose different items that cost more, of course. They wanted 1/3 down, and said it would be 6 months or maybe next year before installation. No way!

The color matching framing and screening system can be done to match any gazebo and it really modernized things. We purchased a home that had very damaged vinyl windows not knowing we would have so much grief trying to find a good fix. We searched for a couple years to try to find someone to fix or replace the existing windows to our sunroom. We tried sunroom companies and window companies both local and chain with no luck. We tried to temporarily fix what we could ourselves while we searched. After many phone calls and poor service from other companies I came across Canton Aluminum and with one phone conversation they knew exactly how to help and were so knowledgeable about the products we needed.

Our communication with the company through phone, email, in person measuring and installation was easy, prompt and professional. Called for an estimate on multiple projects. For the one project the man who came to our home showed us a you tube video of how we could do the construction ourselves. We were specifically hiring someone because we didnt want to DIY. Asked for an estimate on a 3 season room and was told we could come to the show room for an estimate. We literally had the sales rep in our back yard and we measured it all our before he got there and told us a 3 season room would be somewhere between $10,000 and $50,000. He couldn't give us even a ball park without us coming to the show room. I know this company is reputable but we were disappointed in the entire experience.
