We tried MHD based on a very positive referral from a neighbor, and they more than lived up to that. We discovered a leaking (pouring, actually) disposal in our kitchen sink. We called them first thing in the morning and were on the schedule for noon that same day. Scott, their technician, called on the way, and when I told him about the disposal he said he didn't have one on the truck, but would grab one and call me back.
I had a call and an estimate within 30 minutes. Scott showed up and worked his magic, and we were good to go. Everything about everyone at MHD was top notch - totally professional, punctual, responsive, and courteous. Put em on your list.

Less than 10 minutes and my sink drains I'm on the 2nd floor of an apartment complex and they ran over 35 foot of snake I would guess. Amazing work gents!

I had a clogged pipe backing up in my basement. Mile High Drain came out to "fix" the issue. They were there there for no longer than 10 min. stated the issue was fixed. The issue is NOT fixed and they left feces in my shower. When I asked them to come back to rinse the shower and make SURE the issue was fixed they were extremely rude and said we do not clean messes. They billed me twice for that 1 visit.
I realized the umming issue was still not resolved. I had them come out several times to fix the SAME issue and each time they have been in my home for a matter of minutes and reassure me the problem is solved. It still remains clogged and backing up. I have gotten billed for every time they make an appearance. They have not fixed the issue! They proceeded to blame me for continuing to clogged the pipes. Why would I do that? I would not want to keep paying them just for fun. Please do not use this company. They are lazy and will rip you off.

5+PLUS stars for these guys! I called yesterday to have my kitchen sink drains unclogged. The gal who answered said that someone could be there that same day in the afternoon. I wasn't able to make the appt but called back to reschedule and they were to do that. Today Tim-the plumber called about 3o minutes before he arrived to confirm. He arrived right on time and efficiently worked and he was out the door in 30 minutes.
He was very professional and timely and cleaned up after his work was done! Hands down this company is dead serious on doing the job right and keeping their customers happy! Where have you been all my life?! The best company I have hired in years!

My kitchen sink was backing up so I called a plumber. They came out and did a snake drain procedure that did not solve the issue. The plumber suggested that the issue could be further down the drain and I may need to get HOA involved. My HOA recommended I contact Mile High Drain as they are familiar with this type of problem and with our condo complex. I'm really glad I gave Mile High Drain a call.
I was worried the issue would be much bigger and more expensive but the tech John came right on time, did his own snake drain and was able to clear my kitchen sink drain clog. John was very helpful and explained what may be going on and what I can do to prevent this in the future. He even refitted a few of the pipes to ensure better water flow, which he did not have to do! He offered and I was very thankful. Very transparent and nice people to work with!

I work for an apartment complex, cherry creek north advenir and I just wanted to say mike high drain has been great. They are my 1st call Any time I need a plumber.they make other plumbers look very bad. Definitely recommend them. Ive never had to wait more than an Hour or so. They always show up and do great work. Fantastic. We had a very complicated plumping issue-other plumbers had attempted to solve but without success. Johnny came right on time, called on his way, was incredibly polite, courteous and clean. He not only patiently listened to me, but took the time to carefully understand the problem before diving in. He was patient, very competent and I'm THRILLED to say he fixed our issue! Grateful for him and the impeccable way he does his work. Will definitely use Mile High and Johnny again the future.
