Modafferi Construction, Inc. was established in 1978 by Peter F. Modafferi, President, in Boulder County, Colorado. Over the years, we have developed a solid reputation for excellent workmanship, completed on time and within budget. Modafferi Construction has designed and built 878 projects, over half of which have been additions and full house remodels.
Modafferi Construction Specializes in home remodels and renovations along with Construction management. Our company has also been entrusted with historical renovations, including the Highlands Lake Church in Mead, Colorado, and many historical homes. Many of our clients are repeat customers. Peter pays attention to every detail of the project.
