Called Terry to replace our parents bathtub drain and felt like my parents were taken advantage of since they did not understand what he quoted them and we were not available to come and supervise. Cost over $700 to replace and now the entire bath tub is rusted. Blamed it on "old" tub and told us to replace the entire tub. After $700 to get a drain fixed?!?! So so sad and disappointed in this service. Thought they can be trusted since they advertise it in church bulletins. Will never use them again.

My tub faucet was leaking and had seen better days. The team of two showed up, looked at it, gave me my options of repair or complete replace, and were in and out in 45 minutes. Very professional, very efficient, and I have zero complaints. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had Terry Overacker Plumbing install a natural gas tankless water heater in my house. When we put it on the market it was the number one selling feature. We could run the dishwasher, the washing machine and take 5 showers and still have hot water. We built our current house and just moved in. The builder installed a water heater with a tank again. We will be having Terry Overacker Plumbing coming out to remove it and install a tankless water heater right away.
