I'm guessing from their refusal to answer the phone or return messages that this business may no longer be in business. But since it's located in the most corrupt state in New England, I suppose it's possible they could just be too lazy to answer the phone or return calls. As a Rhode Island business though, it's entirely possible that they were too lazy to delete online advertising after going out of business. Either way, I may never know because I'm beyond caring enough to visit their location to find out what their problem is. In either case, they aren't worth talking to.

Really knowledgeable and friendly. Happy to talk through things and find the right answer with a less knowledgeable buyer.

In case you look at reviews understand people rate an expeiriance in different ways. I rate an experiance 5 stars because of customer serivice and quality of material. If you are rating your experiance the same way, then you will love the time you spend with Steve & Joe!
