I called B&F to schedule a chimney cleaning on my new house, and the owner informed me that I may or may not actually need his services. He offered to coach me through inspecting the chimney myself, and it turns out my chimney was already clean and didn't need anything. It was an amazing amount of help, free of charge. I will absolutely call him after a year of burning wood and hire him!

I am giving a one star - the workers, Joe and Christian, did not put on a mask before entering my house and did not wear a mask while doing the work. I was assured in advance that they would. When they arrived at my door I put on my mask and assumed they would take a hint - but all I got was a defiant look. I should have said something be at that time I was all alone and did not want a confrontation.
