Services
Commercial Roofing
We provide complete commercial roofing systems tailored to Montana's climate. Our certified installers work with single-ply, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing materials. Projects include new construction, replacements, and retrofits for industrial, retail, and institutional buildings across the state.
Metal Roofs
Our standing seam and mechanical lock metal roofing systems offer decades of durability. These energy-efficient solutions resist hail damage and feature specialized coatings to reflect solar radiation. Ideal for commercial properties requiring long-lasting, low-maintenance roofing with aesthetic appeal.
Green Roofs
We design and install eco-friendly green roofs that retain 70-90% of precipitation. Available in intensive, semi-intensive, and extensive configurations, these systems improve building insulation, reduce urban heat islands, and create wildlife habitats while meeting structural weight requirements.
Membrane Roofing
Specializing in thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) and ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) membrane systems. These waterproof solutions suit low-slope commercial roofs, offering superior leak protection and UV resistance with seamless installation for enhanced durability.
Roof Maintenance
Our proactive maintenance programs extend roof lifespans through regular inspections and timely repairs. Services include seam reinforcement, coating applications, and drainage system cleaning to prevent costly emergency repairs while maintaining warranty compliance.

We are completely satisfied working with Summit roofing for our Roof replacement project. It's a pleasant experience starting to end - from initial service request, discussion with Mr Benny, exploring options and picking, overall work estimation, shingles sample review and selection of materials, scheduling, work execution to post installation follow-up visiting home with roofer are very professional. - Special thanks to Mr Benny for his effort and handling every aspect of this project very thoroughly.

Summit Roofing was a pleasure to work with. My sales rep Carl was extremely professional and very responsive to my questions. My contract price was the best price out of four companies I interviewed. When my job was started, the roofing team consisted of eight roofers and they were able to get the job done and cleaned up in one day -- in spite of the minor rain delay in the morning. My roof looks great and they went above and beyond with a lot of little extras -- like painting the rusty old vent for my microwave and removing a defunct attic fan from the roof. I would highly recommend Summit Roofing without question.
