What are your regular business hours?
We operate Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM-2:00 PM. The design center requires appointments for dedicated consultations.
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we provide delivery for all ordered products. Our team coordinates delivery schedules during the final approval stage of your project.
Can you special order materials not in stock?

I special ordered (expensive!) composite siding from Hinckley. Unfortunately, some of it was already installed before we discovered that the order contained two different color shades. We worked around it, but when the job was complete, I sent them an email politely requesting them to take care that special order color materials come from the same manufacturing lot. Got back a terse, snarky response blaming the siding wholesaler and the customer. Yes, that's going to win my future business, Mr. Wansiewicz.

In my experience this team is not helpful, rude, and unprofessional. I was put in touch with them by Andersen Windows to help fix a broken window. Andersen told me they shipped them the parts, but the Hinckley team at first didn't want to look for the parts. They made me go back to Andersen to get shipping information (would have been nice if they had done that since Andersen said the parts were at their facility).
I got the information and provided it to Hinckley. It turns out the information Andersen provided was wrong, but the Hinckley sales rep called me back (that's great! Responsive!), scolded me (that's not great!), and hung up on me (double, not great!). That's enough for me! I'll find someone else to help me - I don't do business with jerks.

Ken Carhartt is Hinckley's certified Andersen professional and he is awesome. He installs, and also does all their warranty work for Andersen products. He knows his stuff, is fair in his prices, very nice to work with, and super responsive. I highly recommend him.

The staff can be unfriendly and difficult compared to other stores like the one across the street. But the do have a lumber yard and sometimes you need that and deal with surly staff.
