We ordered our tub back in October and had it installed early may. Everything has been handled professionally and I give kudos to Maleah, Kayla, and Drew for doing their job trying to make customers happy! Good job guys!

Incapable of providing a bid. Unable to call. They advertise rooms like the one we wanted but now say they can't do what we want. Ignored our email and phone calls.

I would like to talk to the owners. We ordered a Hot Tub over 6 months ago and still waiting for it to be delivered. When you try to talk to the Boone office there is rarely a prompt reply or the date of delivery gets changed due to "a typo" on the inventory sheet pushing the delivery further away. We just want our Hot Tub. I hope their service is better once the Hot Tub is delivered and installed.

Bought my spa last year. Called the main office for help with starting up my spa chemicals after cleaning it and the girl did not call me back for over 5 hours. I don't recommend them for anything other than providing the hot tub. This is the second time I have called for help and been put on indefinite hold. To show you the difference in customer service I called a competitor of theirs from right down the street and they were more than willing to help me on the same phone call. After talking with your competitor I had my spot up and running in less than 10 minutes.
