We have used High Priority three times. Once to fix a leak inside the house, once to re-pipe the entire house and once to repair a broken pipe outside. They are honest and do exactly what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it. They are easy to contact in an after hours emergency. They are friendly and don't talk down to customers, at the same time explaining everything.
They stand by their prices and will give you the best deal they can. The technicians who helped us most recently charged us less than a quarter of the original estimate; they had every opportunity to overcharge us and they didn't do it. We will always use this company and will recommend them for all our friends.

He was very clean and thorough installed our water heater in a timely manner and was kind enough to show us how to change the temperature and operate the pilot light. We have had to use High Priority Plumbing for a septic backflow-turned busted water line-turned water line replacement and relocation. High Priority Plumbing could not have provided a better service than what I've experienced. Each and every technician sent to our home were punctual, professional, and had an exceptionally (and unexpectedly) great attitude. Although I'm only a renter here, I will have absolutely no hesitation either using or suggesting High Priority Plumbing in the future. Seriously. 5 out of 5 for each and every single one of them.
