We had a great experience with Eric and Suncraft! The job was something we have been waiting to do for a longtime and they knocked it out of the park! They cleaned up everyday, quality construction and done in a timely manner. Would recommend them and use them for our next project.

We hired Suncraft several years ago to build a deck, install a patio and screen a porch. Deck was great. Patio wasn't installed correctly (lacked adequate gravel base) and porched required a better skilled carpenter to finish the job (at my expense). Patio now needs to be rebuilt. The owner was not very helpful at the time. I cannot recommend Suncraft.

Worked with Suncraft on my deck project and it went great. From start to finish they were awesome to work with and they made the process simple. Highly recommend Suncraft if you are looking for a new deck.

Suncraft is just finishing up the second job I have contracted with them. The first was a front porch addition to my home; the current is two decks and a paver patio. In both cases the workmanship is absolutely beautiful. The folks I worked with at Suncraft have always been professional and friendly. The crews doing the work have been extremely skilled craftsmen. I would not hesitate to use Suncraft for any other projects that might come up.

The design process was great and seemed like we made a great choice going with Suncraft but unfortunately after that everything was very unprofessional and armature. Don't be fooled by the sleek website and photographs because you will be disappointed. It's only been a few months since install and the stones are already pulling away on the edges. They did not fill in the gaps correctly and did a sloppy job requiring me to scrub the stones.
The composite deck has sloppy crooked cuts in several places and the stairs are uneven. They installed a conduit for our fire pit but it was installed too shallow for easy gas instillation so it's going to cost us 1000.00 more to have that done. We called to talk to Jeff the owner but instead of being helpful and talking like a rational person he immediately became defensive and started yelling in the phone and said it's not his problem.
So don't expect them to "deal with you" after you give them money for the work. Others on here and on the BBB have logged complaints similar to what we experienced so if I were you I would go with another company.
