Our deck was installed wonderfully a few years ago, shortly after our house was built. To our dismay, settling occurred and one pier was sinking. I called Custom Design Fence & Deck expecting some pushback, but to my surprise, the customer service was AMAZING!!! They assessed the problem and were out to fix it shortly thereafter. So easy to work with and handled everything professionally and with a smile.
You can truly tell the values of a business when they stand behind their product after the work is done. I was happy before, but am recommending them to everyone since. Thank you for truly taking care of your customers!

My deck is beautiful. This company is reasonable, and does very good good quality work. They did what they said they were going to do and showed up when expected. You may have to wait your turn as they are quite busy, but worth the wait. Thank you for my beautiful deck. I'm a very happy client.
