We wanted an Onyx shower and vanity top for our new basement bathroom. JM was about one of four quotes we got. When we went in to the showroom, they were very professional and helped answer our many questions. Because of the weird configuration of our shower (under the stairs), one of the owners (Jim, I think) helped walk us through everything to make sure we had the correct sizes for the custom shower.
He went above and beyond, even coming out to our house to double check all the measurements before ordering. Once all the materials came in, they were quick to get us on the schedule for delivery. Everything was delivered on-time, and nothing was damaged. Overall, they were very knowledgeable, easy to work with, low pressure sales, and quick to respond throughout the whole project.

I had a person come out for a bid on 4/15/19 and was told I would get the bid back within 2-3 weeks because they were backed up. Although most companies get a bid back to you with 3-5 business days. Well I'm still waiting for a bid. Poor customer service.
