A/C isn't working and Chance was the technician for the service call. He was very thorough and explained everything needed to get the AC up and running. I will be calling Russell's heating cooling to repair my air conditioner as soon as I can afford it. Thank you so much for coming out here so quickly. Russell's is the best! But for now we sweat.

From the very beginning when Alex Brooks visited us and gave us an estimate on our gas water heater replacement, we were very happy to do business with Russell's. Even with our first phone call to Russell's, the receptionist was quite pleasant, helpful and very efficient. The next day when the water heater was actually installed, Toby and his assistant were quite pleasant, fast, efficient, and neat in the work that they did. Very pleased with Russell's Heating and Air Conditioning and will return whenever there is a need!

Russell's replaced our entire system and did a fantastic job. They were very kind, professional, and worked fast. They even provided temp AC units to help keep us cool until the new system was installed. Our house is now cooler than ever. I am very happy with everything. Great company to deal with. We signed up for a maintenance plan on 2 properties and haven't even had the units cleaned yet with Russell's. We are month old customers, our outside unit would not come on. Called at noon on a Sunday, Shane showed up at 4 the same day. Shane knows what he's doing for sure, and very professional. Had the unit running in no time. Excellent company so far we are very impressed.
We switched from the company that spends lots on advertising with the yellow vans. Shane didn't try and tell me I need a new unit and that it was over 10 years old. He simply fixed to problem, checked the system and said it's running great and within spec. The yellow vans always find a way to tell us our units are old and need to be replaced soon. Good job Russell's!

So glad I called Russell's to get a second opinion on a water leak I was having. The original plumbing company I called didn't even look to hard and automatically assumed it was the galvanized pipes leaking. Said it would be thousands to fix. I called Russell's and they did a thorough search and realized it was a nail in the PVC pipes. Literally a couple hundred bucks to fix. They got it fixed and they even educated me on the history of galvanized pipes. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Saved me thousands and and a clear mental space. Great job and would recommend to anyone.

Outstanding. Best I have used in my 31 years in Tidewater area. Professional installation of a complete new A/C and Heating system. Air actually flows throughout the entire house for the first time. Shout out to Brandon who was the primary technician. Very professional and courteous. Answered all questions. Wow, what a service, glad I went with this recommendation from a co worker. Highly recommended.
