Report
I would recommend Renaissance Roofing without any hestitation. For the estimate, they showed up on time and did an evaluation of our roof, offering to show me the situation (but when I chickened out on the roof, so they sent me photos so I could see what conditions they found.) They gave a professional, detailed quote. When I accepted the quote, they gave me an approximation of when the work would be done.
For the work, they came when they said they would come. The crew consisted of 2 owners and one helper, all of whom were polite. They did a great job, actually doing more than what was on the quote because of the condition of our roof, but they only charged me what was on the quote. They cleaned up every day after their work. The roof looks great and the job seems to be excellent. We've had one major rainstorm since the work was done and all of the leaks are gone.
So in summary, they showed up on time, they were nice and polite, they did the work they said would do and more, they charged me in accordance with the quote, the quality was great and they were easy to deal with. Really, a great experience and a great quality job. I would recommend them whole heartedly.
