Outstanding Experience from sales to installation. A well oiled machine, great communication throughout the process. Scott in sales, Bernie with the excavating, installation Mike (over 20 years experience with Teddy Bear Pools) and his crew Mark, Vance and Ian. A pleasure and I know now why I was given there name to use from another pool company. No outsourcing everything in house. Jimmy kudos on your operation!

We bought a above ground ladder and returned it the next day. We payed well over 460.00 for the ladder and the person that took care of the transaction told us that we could not get are full return because it was open and the ladder was used. This store return policy sucks and it's not clear and they tell you something and do something else at the store. DONT BUY FROM TEDDY BEAR POOL.

Great staff and always helpful! Pump quit working - but the service folks were able to troubleshoot and fix in minutes. Most places would have just told you that you need a new one! Thank you Teddy Bear and be sure when we do need a new one we will come there!
