We specialize in complete roof replacements using premium Certainteed materials with lifetime warranties. Our expert installers handle asphalt shingles, metal roofing systems, and specialty tiles designed for Maine's climate. Each project includes ice and water shield protection and proper ventilation systems to prevent ice dams. Our 25-year workmanship guarantee ensures long-term protection against leaks and weather damage while maintaining aesthetic appeal for your home.
Vinyl Siding
Our vinyl siding solutions combine durability with energy efficiency, featuring insulated options that reduce heating costs by up to 30%. We offer premium CertainTeed Monogram and Spiegel Grove products with wind resistance up to 135 mph. Professional installation includes custom trim work and lifetime warranties covering both materials and labor. The maintenance-free finish never requires painting while protecting against coastal weather conditions in Southern Maine.
Replacement Windows
We install energy-efficient vinyl replacement windows manufactured locally in Portland, ME. Our Paradigm windows feature double-pane glass with Low-E coatings and argon gas for superior insulation. Custom measurements ensure perfect fit while fusion-welded frames prevent air infiltration. These windows reduce energy costs by 30-40% and include lifetime warranties. Professional installation maintains your home's aesthetic while improving comfort and noise reduction.
Seamless Gutters
Our 0.32 aluminum seamless gutters eliminate leaks with custom on-site fabrication. The heavy-duty system includes patented Gutter Tunnel protection and reinforced hangers spaced every 12 inches for snow load capacity. Available in multiple colors to match your home's exterior, these gutters feature lifetime warranties and specialized coatings to resist algae growth in Maine's climate.
Roof Repairs
We provide rapid response for roof repairs 24/7, addressing storm damage, leaks, and windblown shingles. Our technicians carry common replacement materials for immediate fixes and use aerial inspections when needed. Each repair includes a visual assessment of your entire roof system with recommendations for long-term solutions. Called to request a quote. Owner answered giving his name, I responded, giving my name saying I needed a quote on a new roof and some siding repairs. The Owner goes off on some rant accusing me of calling his number for other reasons. I assured him I really wanted quotes, but he kept insisting I was calling trying to sell him something. He did not even have the decency to apologize for his unprofessional way of handling the call and just hangs up on me Called back several days later to request a quote. Owner answers this time taking my information saying he would go to the house to give me a quote. Have not heard back from him in more than week. Very unprofessional,

The Chimney leaked after the new roof was installed, it had not leaked prior. When I called to report the leak the owner was argumentative and impolite. I would suggest doing some research prior to using them.

We hired them to replace our roof on our home in Scarborough Maine. The color of the roof and drip edge really gave the house great curb appeal and help sell the home. The crew was great and did a superior clean up. Thanks again

I was so upset to come home and find a shingle on the ground. I told my husband we needed this fixed ASAP so we didn't get leaks. He called David Deschaine and about twenty minutes later Mr. Deschaine himself was at our home with some of his crew fixing our roof. We are in the middle of a pandemic no less! These guys fixed our roof in under two hours. We will eventually need a new roof and we will certainly be calling Deschaine! Thank you!
