I called a couple HVAC companies to compare price and timeline for install. RG Heating & Air came in with the best price and could install the next day! We had Ryan and Taylor do the install and they were early, clean, fast and professional! It's just really hard to find people who care these days and every interaction from the initial inquiry to the install was amazing. Andrew M. was the sales person and he sold me exactly what I needed. He was not high pressure and he explained the entire process perfectly. I just appreciate everything about this company!

Incredible experience from quoting through installation. I have never come across a more honest, trustworthy vendor than RG. After subpar experiences with Cardinal and Dave Jones, RG quoted and installed a new Heat pump and 2 stage furnace. I was able to ask deep technical questions and everyone was able to answer. They were also honest enough to not sell me an ERV when others were more than willing to sell me a system that didn't make sense. I can't recommend them enough!

RG Heating & Air Conditioning recently replaced two gas furnaces and a central air conditioner in our home. We were very impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. Our home is very old, and fresh air/exhaust piping needed to be run from both furnaces to the exterior, not any easy task! The crew was very mindful of cleaning up after themselves, and left the basement better than they found it.
Very knowledgeable when training us on the new control equipment. We're waiting on some ductless split equipment for our second story, can't wait for it to arrive. I would recommend RG Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone, a top notch group of people!

Leo did our install today and he was on time, courteous, professional and worked hard. RG was fast to respond and even faster to get our install scheduled within 1.5 days when our AC unit went out. RG sent out a salesperson and they sold me on the best system for my house, they left me 90% confident of what I was getting. What I didn't know was that I was going to get 3 professional installers arriving early to tackle this job! And to top it off there were done almost 2 hours before the estimated time. I don't plan on ever replacing a furnace and a/c ever again, so I'd have nothing to compare them against, but after today I wouldn't hire anyone else!
