Service
Report
If you don't see your particular brand of equipment listed as equipment we sell, dont worry. We service all brands and carry many "universal" parts on our service vans. We also have relationships with all major manufacturers to quickly source parts or technical information. Dont hesitate to call us for help.
Equipment Replacement
Report
Efficiencies typically degrade as equipment ages. If an expensive repair is required, it may make more sense to replace the equipment rather than repair it. Another factor to consider is the new equipment warranty which can include lifetime replacement coverage for heat exchangers and 10 years parts and labor warranties.
Adding Air Conditioning
Report
Air conditioning a boiler-heated home normally involves adding ductwork, registers, an air handler, a condenser, a coil and a thermostat. We have several design options. We usually install a coil in the ductwork above the existing furnace and connect it to an air conditioning condenser located outside the home. Other upgrades may be required for proper system operation. We can tell you more as part of a free upgrade estimate.
