Called them 3 different times to get a quote on some granite work. Was redirected to someone's voicemail 3 different times with no call back or follow up. I understand if you're busy around the holiday's or just don't want to waste time on small jobs, but at least call a potential customer back to let them know. It's just rude and bad business practices. Just let me know if you're not interested in my money so I can call someone who is. Ended up going with a local handy man, way better price and quality!
You lose potential revenue when you can't even call people back to set up an appointment or quote, just doesn't make a lot of sense economically so maybe the owner will read this and use those phones they pay for every month.

Critical: Responsiveness Terrible service! Guy came out for a quote on a tile roof. Never received quote and when I tried to inquire to get the quote and schedule, never returned my phone calls. Don't go here, plenty of reputable businesses out there, to put up with this type of treatment.
