Problems were numerous. From fabrication to template errors to sales that doesn't really explain much, this project was a huge headache. I went without a useful kitchen for an additional month. Installation is supposed to be complete in a day. It took them 3 different attempts before it was complete and even at completion there was a slab installed upside down. If you need attention to detail and sales and customer service to know their stuff, go elsewhere.
Even had issues with the guy they recommended to cut down my high counter top. Nothing went right. I am giving them 2 stars because at the end, when I asked for $$ back for all my time and frustration, they didn't argue. But I was thinking an apology or some kind of customer service nod would have been a nice touch. Never again.

There sales team needs to do better. I visited chose what I wanted and never received a call back for a quote so we can move forward with purchasing countertops. I should not have to call multiple times, be told I would get a call back and not receive. Taking my business elsewhere.

I understand issues happen but how you treat the customer sets the tone, they broke my counter on install, turns out template measurer didn't ensure the sink fit, then they wanted ME to go to home depot and try to return a used sink and BUY a new one, then I assume somehow get it to their location an hour away. Well I got that resolved, however I just learned that they "received" the wrong materials so another 2 week delay, so basically 8 weeks with no sink or counters and no urgency on their part to handle the initial failures
