I would not recommend this place at all he gave me a hassle on fixing my stuff they did not communicate well they make you do the legwork rather than them. A giant hassle do not use these people.

Called for a tech due to a part out on the spa. 3 weeks later, I called again and was told Shannon's is not the manufacturer ( duh), and they cannot get the part. So much for local business. Also, girl that I spoke with repeatedly interrupted and talked over me, then got very snarky. Shannon's? No thank you.

My experience from start to finish has been wonderful. The staff in the store was super helpful in helping me decide what we needed and Marco was great to work with & very thorough with the equipment install & pool start-up.

We purchased a hot tub from Shannon's a little over a year ago. Derek and team have been very responsive in getting our hot tub setup and fine tuned. We use our hot tub all the time and love it! Accessible staff, knowledgeable, friendly. thanks Shannon's!

We bought our hot tub 3 1/2 years ago while at the fair. We couldn't be happier! The service has always been great and the hot tub is fantastic. It's super energy efficient and works as well today as it did the day we bought it. If you want great service and a great hot tub Shannon's Hot Spring Spas is the place to go!

Shannon's Hot Springs crew came and removed my "Eye Sore" old Hot Tub. I had no Idea how they would get that monster off my property. I could not believe how quickly they had it disassembled and on their truck to the dump! They were courteous and mindful of every detail. I could not be more grateful. Now I just need to get in there and choose a replacement. Thank You Shannon's Hot Spring Spas. I Highly Recommend this company.
